Shipping Carrier
Orders placed through Greenway Equipment are usually shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Orders ship from our retail locations in Arkansas and Missouri.
Shipping Destinations
Greenway Equipment ships exclusively to addresses within the continental United States. We are unable to fulfill shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Eligible Items for Shipping
Due to the nature of the products we carry, the following eligibility requirements apply to all shipped orders:
- Weight: Items must weigh 75 pounds or less to qualify for standard shipping.
- Size: Items must meet the carriers standard parcel size requirements.
- Hazardous Materials: We do not ship any products classified as hazardous materials, regardless of weight or size.
Items that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for standard shipping and cannot be added to a standard shipment.
Oversized or Overweight Items
If an item exceeds 75 pounds but could otherwise be shipped safely and in compliance with applicable carrier requirements, Greenway Equipment may be able to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly and we will work with you to determine feasibility and provide a shipping quote.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Free Shipping: Orders with a qualifying subtotal of $75.00 or more are eligible for complimentary standard shipping. This threshold applies to the pre-tax order subtotal and is limited to items that qualify for standard shipping (75 lbs or less, non-hazmat, within carriers’ parcel size limits).
Orders Under $75.00: A shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order details and delivery address.
Promotional Shipping Offers: From time to time, Greenway Equipment may offer special shipping promotions — such as during the holiday season — that modify or waive standard shipping fees. Promotional offers will be clearly communicated on our website and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Quoted Shipments: Oversized or overweight items that fall outside standard shipping eligibility will be quoted individually. Quoted shipping fees are not subject to the free shipping threshold.
